WAP: 78 Money Ltd.

This project came about as part of a collaboration with other designers and programmers. The logo was designed by another expert graphic designer who's quality of work, style and work ethics I respect highly; Daniel of DAPS.

This project was completed under three different design agencies all operating indepently however, spearheaded by DAPS, who managed the project.

When Daniel approached me, I had no idea what to expect with regards to this web design project. Automatically, I was interested. My role was to design the front end, as another designer was already commissioned to develop the back end. I felt that my part was relatively easy. Working in collaborations with other designers and or developers is a good experience and I would recommend it to others because you learn how other people see things and think in different situations. Although this project was carried out remotely, so the designers, developers and the client liaised electronically a majority of the time (save for the initial meeting which was to get the brief of the project and the sign off at deployment), it was still possible to see how other people worked and all the 'good' practices were forced to be employed.

In hindsight, as with any other design project, many things can be added or improved upon with this particular design and if given the opportunities, I would gladly do.

The client did not initially have a design outcome in mind so I had autonomy. After the initial high fidelity designs, the client had a clearer perspective how it should look and I was provided with some URL examples which were no problem at all. Designing a site to mimic another site is a mundane job and is relatively easy to achieve with the correct ideas and tools. I much prefer to design around a particular theme which is more interesting however, the client is always right and rarely ever any point in arguing.

After the high fidelity designs were approved, it was time to get the wireframes in place.
